Rejuran I: a guide to eye-area skin treatment
Fine lines and crepey-looking skin around the eyes can make the area look tired, even when you feel well rested. Rejuran I is the eye-area option within our Korean polynucleotide treatment range. At London Finsbury Clinic, we choose it around the quality of the skin and the concern you want to address.
What is Rejuran I?
Rejuran I is an injectable polynucleotide, or PN, formulation. It is designed for delicate treatment areas, including the skin around the eyes. It belongs to the same range as Rejuran S, PN/Healer and HB, but these formulations have different roles in a personalised plan.
This is a skin-quality treatment rather than an eye cream or a procedure designed to add substantial volume. During consultation, we look at fine lines, texture and the condition of the skin before deciding whether it is a suitable option.
What can it help with around the eyes?
Our focus is smoother-looking texture and fresher-looking delicate skin. Thin, crepey skin and fine lines may be reasons to discuss Rejuran I. Dark circles need a more careful assessment: pigmentation, visible vessels, skin thickness and facial structure can all contribute to their appearance.
A hollow or a prominent eye bag is a different concern from surface skin quality. We explain that distinction so that the treatment you choose matches what you would like to improve.
Do you treat the upper or lower eyelids?
Our Rejuran I session includes 1ml. We normally concentrate on the lower eyelids and your main areas of concern. If you would also like upper-eyelid skin treated, please ask during consultation. Where clinically suitable, this can be included within your eye-area treatment at no extra charge.
The agreed amount is planned across the areas being treated. Requesting upper-eyelid treatment does not mean adding an extra syringe automatically; we explain the placement and coverage before starting.
How do we make the appointment comfortable?
We discuss your medical history, allergies, medicines and previous treatments first. We then apply numbing cream for 20–30 minutes and check that the skin feels comfortably numb. Dr. Eroğlu uses fine mesotherapy needles, precise placement and comfort support, including vibration, with regular checks throughout.
What happens afterwards?
We apply healing cream and SPF as appropriate, explain your aftercare and include complimentary personalised skincare routine advice. Small bumps, redness, swelling or bruising can occur; allow recovery time when planning work or an event. We discuss what to expect and how to contact the clinic with any concerns.
Single visits and three-session courses are available. Your starting point, response and review help shape the course and future maintenance, rather than applying the same plan to every eye area.

Our Korean approach to comfortable eye-area treatment
Preparation matters. We allow 20–30 minutes for suitable Korean numbing cream, use fine Korean mesotherapy needles and work with a quick, precise injection technique. Our clinic’s customer-feedback guide is around 3/10 discomfort, with individual experiences varying. Numbing, injections, aftercare and skincare advice are included.
Choosing 1ml, 2ml or a three-session eye plan
Rejuran I starts at £349 for 1ml. One syringe can be shared across agreed lower- and upper-eyelid skin where suitable. An optional second 1ml syringe is £300, making 2ml £649. For appropriate anatomy, this can allow 1ml across lower-eyelid areas and 1ml across upper-eyelid areas. It is still skin-quality care, rather than replacement of deep volume.
Our standard general skin-quality programme is three sessions; the Rejuran I 1ml-per-visit package is £897. Eye-area appointments may be around two weeks apart when clinically appropriate.
When a brightening combination makes sense
When suitable superficial pigmentation contributes to darkness, an optional selected PRX-PLUS eye-area protocol is £250 alongside a single Rejuran I visit. Coverage and sequencing follow the product’s instructions and your eye-area assessment. Suitable plans can be considered year-round with sun protection and appropriate aftercare.
For stronger collagen-focused skin-quality priorities, compare Juvelook under-eye options. Deep hollows, swelling and prominent eye bags need assessment of their cause.

Korean eye-area care within your glass-skin plan
A K-beauty approach considers delicate eye skin alongside the rest of your complexion. At our King’s Cross clinic, Rejuran I is our preferred Rejuran formulation for suitable upper and lower eyelid skin. The aim is fresher-looking, better-hydrated skin with attention to fine lines and crepey texture. A second 1ml syringe can be selected in the single-appointment booking options when a focused upper-and-lower-eyelid plan is appropriate.
Compare one-session and three-session eye prices. Optional PRX-PLUS selected eye-area brightening is £250 for one treatment or £750 for one at each of three visits, with permitted coverage confirmed by your doctor. For broader facial goals, explore the separate intensive Rejuran options; those larger facial amounts are not an eye-injection plan.
