Rejuran S: understanding treatment for acne scars and texture

Acne can leave changes in texture long after a breakout has settled. When your concern is a selected depressed scar or an uneven-looking surface, the useful starting point is understanding the type of change. Rejuran S is the targeted option in our Korean polynucleotide range for this conversation.

What is Rejuran S?

Rejuran S is a PN injectable supplied in 1ml syringes. At London Finsbury Clinic, we use this higher-viscosity formulation in carefully selected plans for depressed acne scars and texture. It is different from Rejuran I for delicate eye-area skin and from our broader facial skin-quality and hydration options.

It is also different from a skincare ampoule bought for use at home. The appointment involves an assessment and an injection plan, with placement chosen for the areas that need attention.

Which texture concerns should you discuss?

Tell us which scars bother you most, how long they have been present and what you have already tried. Depressed scars vary in shape and depth; an uneven surface, a flat dark mark and an active breakout are not the same thing.

We assess the skin before recommending an approach. Rejuran S may form one part of a plan for selected scars, but it should not be presented as a way to erase every scar. We discuss whether a different or combined approach would better suit the particular texture.

How is treatment personalised?

Dr. Eroğlu looks at the distribution of scars, the surrounding skin and your priorities. We tailor placement instead of treating every part of the face identically. The aim is a more refined-looking texture, with a realistic way to review progress.

Bring details of recent procedures and current skincare to your consultation. These help us plan the timing and avoid making assumptions about how your skin will respond.

How much product is included?

Our facial Rejuran S session includes 2ml, supplied as two 1ml syringes. The treatment page shows the single-session price and the three-session course clearly, so you can compare the full appointment rather than guessing from a syringe price.

We explain the agreed areas and amount before starting. There is no separate clinic charge for numbing, the injections or the included aftercare. Complimentary personalised skincare routine advice is part of our care.

What is the appointment like?

After reviewing your history, medicines, allergies and goals, we apply numbing cream for 20–30 minutes. We check comfort before treatment. Fine mesotherapy needles, Korean injection techniques, precise placement and vibration support help us keep the injection stage considered and efficient.

We check how you feel throughout. Afterwards, we apply healing cream and SPF and explain how to look after the treated skin. Temporary bumps, redness, swelling or bruising may occur, so allow time for recovery.

How do you plan a course?

A course gives us planned opportunities to assess your response and discuss the next step. The number and timing of appointments are agreed around your skin and previous treatments. Photographs taken consistently can help you and your doctor assess changes more fairly.

Why our Rejuran S appointments begin at 2ml

A meaningful skin-quality plan needs enough product to cover the agreed tissue. Our minimum 2ml Rejuran S appointment uses two 1ml syringes, with coverage tailored to selected face, neck, décolletage, hand or scar areas. It does not mean every area is included at once.

Korean treatment intensity: 2ml to an assessed 6–8ml plan

Korean approaches may use broader product coverage and carefully selected tissue levels. At our clinic, some suitable patients choose an intensive 6–8ml appointment, particularly when visiting from abroad or when repeat travel is difficult. In our clinical experience, some are happy after one larger appointment and need fewer repeat visits. More product must still fit your tissue and goals; it is not a guarantee of a better result or a substitute for every scar-treatment course.

Rejuran S is £500 for 2ml, £980 for 4ml, £1,460 for 6ml or £1,940 for 8ml in one visit. Choose your fixed-price amount on the separate intensive booking page to open its Amelia calendar. The standard three-session 2ml-per-visit package remains £1,347.

One considered combination, several connected concerns

We can assess a coordinated plan with selected laser, radiofrequency or HIFU care where texture, firmness and hydration overlap. Rejuran and a device have different roles; your tissue, previous treatments and recovery needs guide same-visit treatment or a staged sequence.

An optional PRX-PLUS brightening add-on is £349 for face brightening alongside a single visit. Suitable PN and PRX plans can be considered throughout the year, with SPF, sensitivity and recent sun exposure reviewed first. Ultraformer MPT and radiofrequency options have separate assessments and fees.

Comfort and clear patient education

Our clinic’s customer-feedback guide is around 3/10 discomfort. We allow 20–30 minutes for suitable Korean numbing, use fine Korean mesotherapy needles and an experienced, efficient technique. We explain product selection, amount, risks, recovery and aftercare before you choose.

From scar care to a Korean glass-skin plan

K-beauty-inspired treatment starts with understanding which concerns create an uneven-looking surface. Rejuran S is our clinic’s frequently selected facial PN option for selected scars, texture, visible pores and fine lines. We assess pigmentation and melasma separately, then consider suitable brightening, skincare and sun protection alongside skin-quality treatment.

For visiting patients or broader coverage, our intensive Korean glass-skin appointment offers assessed 4ml, 6ml and 8ml amounts in one visit. Scar depth and skin condition guide whether additional treatments will be useful. The main page keeps one-session and three-session prices easy to compare, with optional PRX-PLUS selected at booking.
