Understanding Elravie Re2O® and your options
A clear explanation of the material
Humedix describes Re2O as acellular allogeneic dermis, often abbreviated to hADM. This means a processed, tissue-derived dermal matrix. We explain the material and its origin in plain language so you can understand the product being discussed. The consultation connects that product knowledge to your skin, the proposed area and the purpose of treatment.
Looking closely at face and neck skin
Your face and neck can have different texture, thickness and skin-quality needs. We assess each area and ask which changes matter most to you. Bring questions about firmness, fine texture and your existing skincare routine. Your doctor explains the proposed areas and amount, then sets out how the appointment and review would work for your individual plan.
Your feedback helps shape your continuing care
We want to know how your skin feels to you as well as how it appears at review. We discuss a useful interval for assessing your treatment, ask for feedback and help you understand the place of skincare in your plan. If you are comparing Re2O with a polynucleotide or another skin-quality option, we explain the ingredients and treatment purpose of each so the choice feels clear.
What does extracellular matrix mean?
Extracellular matrix, often shortened to ECM, refers to the supporting material surrounding cells in tissue. Re2O’s manufacturer describes a processed dermal-matrix material, which is why its origin and composition are part of the consultation. We explain this background clearly and relate it to your own skin-quality discussion. You can ask what the product contains, how it is prepared, which areas are proposed and how the treatment will be reviewed. Understanding those details helps you follow the reason for each recommendation.

Detailed product guide
Elravie Re2O: understand the material and the wider brand
Original Re2O and the extracellular matrix
Original Re2O is based on human acellular dermal matrix. Human dermal tissue is processed to remove cells while retaining extracellular matrix components. Humedix distributes the product in Korea through its agreement with L&C Bio. The human-derived material is explained during consultation so you can make an informed choice.
ECM describes the structural environment around skin cells. This differs from a salmon-derived polynucleotide or a synthetic PLLA, PDLLA or PDO particle product. We explain what the proposed formulation contains and assess the skin-quality goal before recommending an area.
Re2O ECM cosmetics are a separate range
Humedix’s Elravie cosmetic line also includes Re2O ECM Active Ampoule, Booster Cream and Skinfit BB. These are topical cosmetics. Their ECMiracle ingredient blend and product claims belong to the cosmetic formulations and should not be treated as evidence that a topical cream is equivalent to the clinic-administered human tissue product.

Full-face offer and optional neck treatment
Our £1,149 offer covers one full-face session and the product quantity required for that treatment. It excludes the neck. If you would like to include the neck, additional product and a separate charge are discussed before you decide. Further sessions are recommended according to your assessment and response.
Humedix’s topical range
Re2O ECM skincare products
The cosmetic range is separate from original injectable Elravie Re2O. These product photographs identify three topical formats; they are not interchangeable with the professional treatment and do not establish the same clinical effects.

Re2O ECM Active Ampoule
A concentrated topical skincare format. Your routine and skin tolerance guide whether an ampoule is appropriate alongside cleansing, moisturising and sun protection.

Re2O ECM Booster Cream
A cream format for topical skincare. Despite the word booster, it is not an injectable skin booster and should be used according to the cosmetic product instructions.

Re2O ECM Skinfit BB
A complexion product in the Re2O ECM cosmetic collection. Coverage or finish is a different goal from an injectable treatment; do not assume a BB product replaces your usual sun-protection routine.
