Advice before you decide

Why do patients choose London Finsbury Clinic?

Patients often tell us they value the time we take to listen, our honest guidance and our commitment to results that still look like them. We build long-term relationships rather than offering the same treatment to everyone, and we remain available throughout consultation, treatment and aftercare.

What makes your consultations different?

Dr. Eroglu brings several years of consultancy experience to every assessment. We look beyond one concern and consider your skin, facial balance, lifestyle, previous treatments, daily routine and long-term goals. You receive a clear explanation of suitable options, including when waiting or doing less may be the best choice.

Will you tell me honestly if I do not need a treatment?

Yes. Trust matters more to us than making a quick sale. If a treatment is unlikely to benefit you, is not suitable at that time or a simpler approach may work better, we will explain this openly. Our aim is to recommend only what has a clear purpose for you.

Who plans my treatment?

Your journey is doctor-led. Dr. Eroglu creates a personalised plan based on your features, skin condition, medical history, lifestyle and preferences, with a strong focus on thoughtful care and natural-looking results.

What does natural-looking beauty mean to you?

Natural-looking beauty means protecting your individuality while improving balance, freshness and skin quality. We want friends to notice that you look well—not that you look overtreated. Whenever appropriate, we favour measured changes and gradual refinement.

Why do you focus on skin quality as well as facial shape?

Healthy-looking skin supports every aesthetic result. Hydration, texture, tone, collagen and a suitable home routine can be as important as facial contour. A skin-first plan can create a fresher, more harmonious appearance without relying on unnecessary volume.

Which treatments are most requested at the clinic?

Popular choices include Juvelook, Lenisna, Rejuran, Radiesse, Ultraformer MPT, anti-wrinkle treatments, personalised skin boosters and filler correction or dissolving. Popularity alone does not decide your plan: we recommend treatment only after assessing what is suitable for you.

What is Juvelook used for?

Juvelook is commonly considered when the goal is to support skin quality, hydration, texture and collagen over time. It may be discussed for delicate or crepey-looking areas as part of a personalised plan. Suitability, treatment areas and the number of sessions are decided after consultation.

How are Juvelook and Lenisna different?

Both are associated with collagen-focused treatment planning, but they are selected for different concerns, areas and treatment goals. Rather than choosing by product name, we assess your skin and desired outcome before explaining which option—or another treatment—fits best.

What is Rejuran?

Rejuran is a Korean-origin injectable treatment often chosen in skin-quality programmes. It may be considered for hydration, texture and a healthier-looking complexion. Your consultation will cover suitability, expected progression, aftercare and whether it should be used alone or within a wider plan.

When might Radiesse be considered?

Radiesse may be considered when structural support and collagen stimulation form part of the treatment goal. Placement and technique are highly individual, so Dr. Eroglu will assess facial balance and discuss whether Radiesse, another product or no injectable treatment is the most appropriate option.

What is Ultraformer MPT?

Ultraformer MPT is an energy-based treatment used in selected face and body plans. It can be considered when the aim is a firmer, more refined appearance without surgery. We personalise the treatment depth and areas after assessing your anatomy, skin and comfort priorities.

How do your anti-wrinkle treatments stay natural?

The plan is based on your facial movement, expression and priorities. We aim to soften selected lines while preserving a natural, expressive appearance. Dose, placement and review timing are personalised rather than standardised.

What does Korean glass skin mean?

“Glass skin” is a popular description for skin that appears smooth, hydrated, even and light-reflective. It does not mean perfect or poreless skin. We treat it as a healthy-skin goal, combining professional assessment, suitable treatments, consistent home care and daily sun protection.

Can one treatment give me glass skin?

Usually, skin quality develops through consistency rather than one appointment. Depending on your skin, a plan may include skincare, hydration support, collagen-focused treatments, Rejuran, Juvelook or other carefully selected options. We do not promise an identical result for every person.

Can you help me build a daily skincare routine?

Yes. We enjoy helping patients understand what their skin needs in everyday life. We can simplify your routine, identify products that may be irritating or unnecessary and explain how cleansing, moisturising, active ingredients and SPF can work together.

Why is SPF so important?

Daily broad-spectrum sunscreen helps protect the skin from UV damage and supports the results of a skin-quality programme. We generally recommend at least SPF 30 with strong UVA protection, and often SPF 50 after treatments such as laser, peels, microneedling or energy-based procedures. We will give advice suited to your treatment and skin.

Do you have experience caring for Asian skin?

Yes. We regularly care for Asian and international patients and understand that pigmentation behaviour, skin concerns, facial proportions and aesthetic preferences vary. We assess each person individually and plan conservatively where the skin may be more reactive or pigmentation-prone.

How do I know which treatment is right for me?

You do not need to choose a product before your consultation. Tell us what concerns you, what you like about your appearance and how you want the result to feel. We will compare suitable options, explain the differences and recommend a plan that fits your priorities.

Can treatments be combined?

Sometimes a carefully sequenced combination can address more than one concern, such as skin quality, movement and facial balance. More is not automatically better. We will decide whether treatments should be combined, spaced apart or simplified for a safer and more natural plan.

Why do people consider dissolving previous filler?

Patients may seek an assessment because filler feels heavy, looks uneven, has moved from its intended area or no longer suits their features. Dissolving can sometimes provide a cleaner starting point, but it is not necessary simply because filler is present.

Do you encourage everyone with filler to dissolve it?

No. We recommend dissolving only when an individual assessment suggests it is appropriate. If existing filler looks balanced and is not causing a concern, leaving it alone may be the best decision. We explain the reasoning clearly and never pressure you.

I am nervous about filler dissolving. What happens first?

We begin with a detailed consultation, including the product used if known, treatment dates, medical history, allergies and what you would like to change. Dr. Eroglu then explains the proposed approach, alternatives, expected progression and relevant risks. Treatment may be conservative or staged when that offers better control.

Is filler dissolving risk-free?

No medical or injectable treatment is completely risk-free. Our role is to make the process calm and understandable, assess suitability carefully, use an appropriate plan and give clear aftercare. You will have time to ask questions before deciding whether to proceed.

What happens after filler is dissolved?

We allow the area to settle and reassess it rather than rushing to refill. The next step may be no further treatment, a skin-quality programme or a carefully planned correction once appropriate. Our aim is to restore balance and support the skin—not simply replace volume automatically.

Can you correct filler placed at another clinic?

Yes, we welcome patients seeking a second opinion about previous treatment. Bring any information you have about the product, amount, area and date. We will assess without judgement and explain whether observation, dissolving, skin-focused care or another option may be suitable.

Can I have treatment on the same day as my consultation?

Same-day treatment may be possible when clinically appropriate, there is enough appointment time and you feel fully informed. You are equally welcome to take time to consider the plan and return later. There is never pressure to decide immediately.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Eat normally, drink water and bring relevant information about medicines, supplements, allergies, skincare and previous treatments. Arrive with clean skin where possible. Never stop prescribed medication unless the clinician who prescribed it advises you to do so.

When will I see results?

Timing varies by treatment and by person. Some changes may be visible early, while collagen and skin-quality treatments develop gradually over weeks or months. At your consultation we will explain a realistic timeline, review points and whether a course is likely to be helpful.

How many sessions will I need?

There is no universal number. Your starting point, goals, treatment type and response all matter. We will outline an initial plan and adjust it based on progress rather than selling an unnecessary fixed course.

Will there be downtime?

Downtime depends on the treatment and your individual response. Temporary redness, swelling, tenderness or small marks can occur with some procedures. We explain what is commonly expected before treatment and provide practical aftercare so you can plan comfortably.

How important is aftercare?

Aftercare protects your comfort, supports recovery and helps you look after your result. We provide treatment-specific instructions, including skincare, exercise, heat, makeup and sun protection where relevant. Following the advice carefully is an important part of your treatment journey.

Can I contact you after my appointment?

Yes. Our relationship does not end when you leave the clinic. You can contact us with routine questions, progress updates or anything that concerns you. Our WhatsApp line is monitored 24/7 for urgent aftercare concerns.

Why does the clinic receive such positive patient feedback?

We believe trust grows through listening, honest recommendations, natural-looking treatment planning and dependable follow-up. Many patients value feeling known rather than processed. We are grateful when they share their experience, but every new patient receives the same individual attention regardless of reviews.

Do you welcome patients who feel anxious or have had a disappointing experience elsewhere?

Absolutely. You can explain your concerns at your own pace and bring photographs or previous treatment information if helpful. We listen without judgement, set realistic expectations and create a step-by-step plan only when you feel comfortable.
