Aegyosal is the subtle roll immediately below the lower eyelashes, often more visible when you smile. Carefully selected filler can enhance this feature for a softly defined Korean aesthetic, with the shape and degree of change agreed around your existing eyes.
This is different from tear-trough filler, which addresses a hollow lower down. We assess both eyes at rest and while smiling, considering skin thickness, symmetry and the transition into the cheek before deciding where treatment may help.

Aegyosal shaping is a small, carefully planned contour change. We look at the existing smiling roll, the shape of the lower eyelid and how the tissue moves. Our aim is definition that looks at home with your face.
We use genuine Juvéderm, explain the selected formulation and agree the proposed amount before treatment. A restrained approach allows us to preserve the character of your eyes.
When skin quality is the main concern
Crepey texture and dehydration are different from a lack of Aegyosal definition. Rejuran I may have a role for suitable delicate eye-area skin; Juvelook can be discussed for selected under-eye collagen and skin-thickness concerns.
These treatments do not replace precise filler shaping of the smiling roll. We explain the distinct purpose and suitable placement of each option before recommending it.
