How buttock lift consultation assessment considers anatomy, function and a personal plan at our London clinic.

Understand the area

Buttock contour reflects skin quality, fat distribution, muscle shape and tissue support. A wish for more lift may mean different things: firmer skin, improved contour, additional volume or a change in projection.

What we assess

We assess the skin and soft tissues, your proportions and the particular area you would like to improve. A consultation helps distinguish a skin-quality goal from a volume or lifting goal.

Compare collagen support and filler contouring

Lenisna is a PDLLA collagen stimulator and Lanluma is a PLLA collagen stimulator. They can be discussed for selected skin-quality and contour goals. Filler has a separate role in adding volume or shaping a selected contour. We explain the intended change and the proposed plan rather than treating every lifting concern as the same request.

A plan with a clear purpose

We discuss realistic contour changes and the role of collagen stimulation or filler where appropriate. These approaches are distinct from surgery, and the proposed product, treatment area and plan are agreed individually.

Amount, review and timing

For a suitable muscle-directed plan, the fee covers the agreed treatment rather than a per-unit tariff. The amount is chosen around anatomy, muscle activity and function. A complimentary 14-day review and any clinically appropriate adjustment at that review are included. We do not automatically book repeat treatment every three months; the interval follows your response and clinical assessment.
