Bunny lines: understanding nasal movement and your natural smile

How bunny lines assessment considers anatomy, function and a personal plan at our London clinic.
Understand the area
Bunny lines are the small creases across the upper sides of the nose that appear when you smile or scrunch your nose. Their pattern reflects nasal muscle movement and the way your cheeks and eyes join in your expression.
What we assess
We observe your natural smile, nasal scrunch and upper-lip movement. The aim is to understand the exact pattern rather than assume that every crease beside the nose needs the same approach.
A focused nasal-expression discussion
Bunny lines can vary in direction and intensity as the nose, cheeks and upper lip move together. We observe your own smile rather than treating a standard diagram. This consultation remains focused on the nasal-expression concern, without adding unrelated skin-quality options to the plan.
A plan with a clear purpose
Your consultation focuses on nasal expression and the balance of your smile. We keep this page focused on that assessment, with a personal recommendation after examining the area.
Amount, review and timing
For a suitable muscle-directed plan, the fee covers the agreed treatment rather than a per-unit tariff. The amount is chosen around anatomy, muscle activity and function. A complimentary 14-day review and any clinically appropriate adjustment at that review are included. We do not automatically book repeat treatment every three months; the interval follows your response and clinical assessment.
