How nose slimming consultation assessment considers anatomy, function and a personal plan at our London clinic.

Understand the area

The nose changes subtly as you smile and speak. Nasal muscle activity may influence nostril flare or tip movement, while cartilage, bone and skin determine much of the underlying shape.

What we assess

We assess the nose at rest and in expression, including nostril movement and its relationship with the upper lip. This helps establish whether the concern is dynamic or structural.

Movement and structure need different explanations

Nostril flare or tip movement during smiling is different from the underlying shape of cartilage and bone. We examine the nose at rest and in expression and consider the upper lip at the same time. This helps explain what a movement-focused discussion can reasonably address.

A plan with a clear purpose

We explain what your anatomy means for the options available. A consultation provides a clear, personal recommendation rather than assuming that a movement-focused approach can change the underlying nasal framework.

Amount, review and timing

For a suitable muscle-directed plan, the fee covers the agreed treatment rather than a per-unit tariff. The amount is chosen around anatomy, muscle activity and function. A complimentary 14-day review and any clinically appropriate adjustment at that review are included. We do not automatically book repeat treatment every three months; the interval follows your response and clinical assessment.
