Your treatment consultation: anatomy, goals and a shared plan

How we turn your priorities, medical history and examination into an understandable recommendation.
Tell us what you would like to change
A useful consultation starts with your own words. You may be concerned about a facial line, a change in contour, excessive sweating or the proportions of an area. We ask what you notice, when it happens and which change would matter most to your everyday comfort or confidence.
Bring the history that helps us plan
Details of medicines, previous treatments, medical conditions and any earlier reactions help your doctor understand the context. The timing of your last treatment also matters. We encourage questions and take time to explain why a particular part of the history is relevant to the proposed plan.
Understand the cause before choosing an option
The examination looks at the structures contributing to the concern. Skin quality, muscle activity, fat distribution and deeper anatomy have different roles. With sweating concerns, the pattern and onset help guide the medical discussion. A clear assessment helps us explain what a proposed option is intended to address.
Make the recommendation understandable
You should understand the purpose, expected course, fee and relevant side effects before deciding. If more than one option has a useful role, we explain the difference. We do not add combinations automatically or treat a consultation as a commitment to proceed.
Leave with a personal next step
The next step may be a suitable treatment plan, skin-care advice, review or another assessment. We explain how follow-up works and how to contact the clinic with a question. The aim is a decision that feels informed and fits the concern you came to discuss.
