Juvelook & Lenisna product range & approaches

Juvelook product image

Juvelook

Juvelook combines PDLLA with hyaluronic acid in a collagen-stimulating approach. Standard Juvelook is discussed for skin texture, enlarged pores, selected acne scars and delicate under-eye skin-quality concerns. The doctor assesses the cause of the concern before choosing the treatment area and technique.

Lenisna / Juvelook Volume product image

Lenisna / Juvelook Volume

Lenisna, also called Juvelook Volume, is the related formulation considered for broader tissue support and selected facial or body concerns. Its particles and treatment planning differ from standard Juvelook. At our clinic, consultation can include facial volume distribution, abdomen or upper-arm skin quality and buttock contour goals. Amount, preparation, placement and review timing are planned for the specific area.

Names on the Korean catalogue

Same listed core ingredients, different amounts

VAIM’s Korean catalogue lists the six presentations below. All list PDLLA + hyaluronic acid (HA). JUVELOOK i and Skin contain less total material than the 50 mg JUVELOOK presentation; Volume 100 contains half the listed material of the 200 mg Volume presentation.

Korean product name Total amount PDLLA HA
JUVELOOK i 30 mg 25.5 mg 4.5 mg
JUVELOOK Skin 30 mg 25.5 mg 4.5 mg
JUVELOOK 50 mg 42.5 mg 7.5 mg
JUVELOOK Volume 200 mg 170 mg 30 mg
JUVELOOK Volume 100 100 mg 85 mg 15 mg
JUVELOOK G 200 mg 170 mg 30 mg

Under the original Juvelook bottle

Korean catalogue names: JUVELOOK i, JUVELOOK Skin and JUVELOOK.

These list the same two core ingredients, with the amounts shown in the table. The smaller presentations do not introduce a different listed core ingredient.

Under Juvelook Volume / Lenisna

Korean catalogue names: JUVELOOK Volume, JUVELOOK Volume 100 and JUVELOOK G.

These also list PDLLA and HA. The catalogue names and quantities explain the wider range; our clinic confirms the particular product supplied for your treatment.

What this means at our clinic: we explain the named product, ingredient amount and preparation before treatment. These are listed material amounts, not the volume in millilitres after preparation. Not every Korean presentation is available in the UK.

Shared core ingredients and proportions do not, by themselves, establish identical particle characteristics or interchangeable treatment protocols. The manufacturer’s product instructions and the area being treated still guide the plan.

VAIM product knowledge

PDLLA, hyaluronic acid and two different treatment goals

Juvelook and Lenisna combine poly-D,L-lactic acid (PDLLA) with hyaluronic acid. VAIM’s materials describe hyaluronic acid as the carrier and PDLLA as the collagen-stimulating component. The two formulations differ in particle characteristics and treatment purpose: standard Juvelook is discussed as a skin-quality approach, while Lenisna / Juvelook Volume is considered for broader tissue support.

Juvelook: texture and skin quality

We discuss texture, enlarged pores, selected scars and delicate under-eye skin quality. The first step is identifying the concern: an acne scar, active acne, pigment and a hollow can look similar in a photograph but require different planning.

The doctor explains the preparation, planned amount and placement for the named formulation. Your review plan follows the change you want to assess, rather than expecting a structural filler-style correction in every area.

Lenisna / Juvelook Volume: support and contour

We assess volume distribution and tissue quality across the proposed facial or body area. A temple, cheek or body plan requires its own assessment; the amount used in one area is not automatically suitable for another.

For arms, abdomen or buttocks, we distinguish laxity, texture, volume and excess skin. A collagen-stimulating plan cannot repair separated abdominal muscles or reproduce removal of substantial loose skin.

Which concern brings you to the clinic?

Under eyes

We distinguish thin skin and fine texture from hollowness, pigmentation and puffiness. Treatment is discussed only after assessing the delicate anatomy.

Pores and acne-scar texture

We assess scar type and active inflammation before discussing a skin-quality treatment or an alternative resurfacing approach.

Facial support

A volume consultation considers the distribution of tissue and the proportions you want to preserve. The aim is a balanced, natural-looking change.

Body skin and contour

Abdomen, upper-arm and buttock goals are assessed separately, with a clear explanation of the amount, areas, sessions and review plan.

How the products fit into your plan

Juvelook and Lenisna are prepared before administration. Your doctor chooses the method and placement for the formulation and area. Comfort measures, including whether a local anaesthetic is appropriate, are discussed individually. Lidocaine is an anaesthetic, not a separate Juvelook product range.

We explain which changes are expected to develop gradually, how to compare your starting point with your review, and whether a further session is appropriate. The best plan is based on your response and goals, not on assuming everyone needs the largest course.

Detailed product guide

Juvelook and Lenisna: formulation and treatment goals

Juvelook, the 50 mg formulation

The UK product brochure lists 42.5 mg PDLLA and 7.5 mg hyaluronic acid per vial. It is positioned for skin texture and collagen-focused care. Fine lines, pores and selected scar or under-eye concerns require assessment of skin thickness and the underlying cause. The amount in a vial is not the final prepared injection volume.

Lenisna 200, also known as Juvelook Volume

The 200 mg formulation contains 170 mg PDLLA and 30 mg hyaluronic acid. Its treatment goal and placement differ from standard Juvelook, with a focus on facial support and gradual volume-related changes. Your doctor selects the formulation and area separately rather than treating the larger vial as simply a stronger version for every concern.

Scalp and hair-thinning concerns

Juvelook scalp injections are an emerging option. A small, uncontrolled clinical study reported improvements in the appearance of non-scarring hair loss; some participants also had microneedling, so the effect of Juvelook alone remains uncertain. Your doctor checks the cause of shedding or thinning, discusses established alternatives and explains realistic expectations. Our scalp session is £749, following assessment.

Understanding Juvelook® and your options

Understanding the ingredients and product names

Juvelook’s Korean catalogue lists PDLLA and hyaluronic acid across six presentations. PDLLA means poly-D,L-lactic acid. The product table above shows the quantities in each vial, while the photographs help you recognise the different packaging. Your doctor connects the formulation to the proposed area and explains how it is prepared for your treatment. Vial content in milligrams and the prepared treatment volume in millilitres describe different things.

Skin quality, facial support and body goals

Standard Juvelook is discussed for texture, pores, selected scars and delicate skin-quality goals. Lenisna, also known as Juvelook Volume, is discussed for broader facial support and selected body concerns. We look at your skin and tissue before choosing a product, and explain the purpose of each part of a combined plan. For abdomen, upper arms or buttock concerns, the consultation considers the area, tissue quality and contour you would like to achieve.

Preparation is part of your personalised protocol

We explain the named product, the planned area, preparation, amount and session sequence before your appointment. Collagen-focused changes develop over time, so your review is an important part of the plan. We ask what you notice about texture, firmness and the way your skin looks in everyday light. That feedback, together with your clinical assessment, helps us decide how to continue your care.

Reading the Korean catalogue with confidence

The Korean table above helps you compare the listed PDLLA and hyaluronic acid quantities across Juvelook i, Skin, Juvelook, Volume, Volume 100 and G. The smaller presentations contain less total listed material. Your doctor explains the named formulation and prepared volume for your appointment, then connects that information to the intended area and treatment purpose. It is useful to distinguish three parts of the plan: the vial content, preparation and distribution. We explain all three so the packaging and the treatment amount make sense together.
