The skin beneath the eyes is thin, mobile and anatomically delicate. Fine lines, pigmentation, hollowness and puffiness have different causes, so the same treatment is not suitable for every patient.
Why the under-eye area needs a different approach
Juvelook combines PDLLA with hyaluronic acid and is used as a collagen-stimulating skin treatment. Juvelook is not the same as tear-trough filler
Traditional tear-trough filler uses cross-linked hyaluronic acid to add immediate volume. It can suit carefully selected patients with true volume loss, but filler is not always the best answer for thin skin, puffiness or poor skin quality. In unsuitable candidates, it may create prolonged swelling, visibility or migration-related concerns.
Juvelook is approached differently. It is selected to support gradual improvement in skin quality rather than fill a hollow immediately. The aim is a smoother, healthier-looking under-eye area while preserving natural expression.
