How dermolift consultation assessment considers anatomy, function and a personal plan at our London clinic.

Understand the area

Facial appearance reflects movement, skin quality, volume and deeper support. A DermoLift consultation considers how these layers work together rather than treating a lifting concern as one isolated feature.

What we assess

We assess expression, skin elasticity, facial proportions and the areas where you would like more definition. Your medical history and previous treatments help shape the discussion.

Compare the purpose of each approach

A movement-focused assessment and device-based lifting have different roles. Ultraformer MPT or Ultherapy PRIME may be discussed when suitable skin-laxity concerns are part of the picture. We explain the treatment coverage and its purpose before recommending a combination.

A plan with a clear purpose

We compare the roles of movement assessment and device-based lifting where appropriate. The aim is a considered plan with a clear purpose for every part, rather than adding treatments automatically.

Amount, review and timing

For a suitable muscle-directed plan, the fee covers the agreed treatment rather than a per-unit tariff. The amount is chosen around anatomy, muscle activity and function. A complimentary 14-day review and any clinically appropriate adjustment at that review are included. We do not automatically book repeat treatment every three months; the interval follows your response and clinical assessment.
