Natural expression: our measured approach to anti-wrinkle care

Why we value facial movement, individual planning and thoughtful treatment intervals.

Expression is part of your face

The movement of your forehead, eyes and mouth helps communicate interest, warmth and emotion. Our starting point is the expression you would like to preserve. A consultation includes looking at the face while you talk, smile, raise your eyebrows and relax, so the plan reflects the way your face actually works.

Start with the change that matters to you

Wanting a softer line does not necessarily mean wanting every movement removed. We discuss whether a concern appears only during expression or also remains at rest. This distinction helps us explain the separate roles of muscle assessment, skin care and, where appropriate, skin-quality treatments.

A measured plan rather than a fixed dose

If a prescription treatment is appropriate after assessment, the amount is selected for the particular muscles, their activity and your goals. We favour a considered approach to movement. More product is not automatically a better match for a face, and the same amount is not appropriate for every person or every area.

Time between appointments matters to our approach

We do not automatically book repeat treatment every three months. If the last muscle-directed treatment was less than three months ago, our recommendation is not to repeat it routinely. We assess the response and encourage an individually suitable interval, allowing movement to return rather than pursuing a constantly frozen appearance.

A review is part of personal care

The complimentary 14-day review is a chance to assess the settled response and discuss your satisfaction. Any clinically appropriate adjustment at that review is included at no extra charge. Your doctor considers balance and function before deciding whether a touch-up would be useful.
