Korean aesthetic treatments after 35: smoother skin, firmness and natural-looking support

Fresher under-eyes, smoother makeup, softer fine lines and a more defined lower face: these are common goals after 35, but they do not all come from the same skin change. Our Korean aesthetic approach starts with skin quality and the result you want to see, then combines treatments only where they have a clear purpose.

Start with the concern you notice, not your age

Two people of the same age may have very different skin. Dryness can make fine lines more visible. Uneven texture can make pores stand out. Gradual loss of support can deepen folds, while skin laxity can soften the jawline. We assess these separately so your plan addresses the cause of the appearance rather than adding treatments by age bracket.

For texture, pores and a glass-skin finish: Juvelook

Juvelook Skin Booster combines PDLLA and non-cross-linked HA. We discuss it for gradual collagen support, refined texture, fine lines and selected acne-scar concerns. The goal is smoother, firmer-looking skin with a natural finish. A separate hydration treatment can be considered where dryness is also prominent.

Our Juvelook experience and international training shape personal protocols for different areas and skin concerns. At consultation, the doctor explains the selected formulation and any complementary ingredients included in the plan. You should know what is being used and why.

For delicate or finely lined skin: Rejuran

Rejuran offers polynucleotide-based options for skin-quality concerns. Depending on the formulation, we discuss facial texture, hydration, fine lines, eye-area skin and selected scar concerns. A refreshed surface and improved suppleness can be valuable without creating a new facial contour. Research in PN treatments supports promising skin-quality improvements, although protocols and the strength of evidence vary.

For gradual volume and support: Lenisna

Lenisna, also known as Juvelook Volume, is a different PDLLA-HA formulation from standard Juvelook. We favour it for many patients seeking gradual support, softer folds and firmer-looking skin. Cheeks, temples, lower-face concerns and selected neck or hand plans need individual assessment. We aim to preserve facial balance rather than pursue an overfilled appearance.

For laxity and definition: Ultraformer MPT

Focused ultrasound can be discussed when tissue firmness and mild to moderate laxity are priorities. We use genuine CLASSYS Ultraformer MPT, drawing on experience with the Ultraformer platforms and training in Korea. A treatment plan can target suitable face or neck areas while distinguishing tightening from any intended contour reduction.

We do not assume that a mature face needs fat reduction. Preserving softness is often central to a natural-looking result. More energy or more shots is not a substitute for anatomical planning.

Why do we combine treatments?

A patient may have crepey under-eye texture and lower-face laxity at the same time. Skin-quality treatment and a suitable device can address different parts of that picture. Combining them is a clinical decision with an agreed sequence and cost. We may stage treatment so the response to one step can guide the next, rather than arranging everything in one visit.

What about skincare and recovery?

Daily care remains part of your plan. We offer complimentary skincare routine advice, taking account of sensitivity, current products and your main concerns. Sun protection and a routine you can maintain support treatment planning. We explain temporary redness, swelling, bruising or tenderness and the less common risks relevant to each procedure.
