UltraCol in London: A Doctor’s Guide to Collagen Stimulation

UltraCol brings a Korean approach to collagen stimulation to London Finsbury Clinic. For someone noticing changes in skin texture, fine lines or facial support, the first question is not simply which product to choose. It is what your skin needs, what you would like to improve and how a treatment could fit into a considered plan.

UltraCol collagen stimulator formulations by Ultra V

What is UltraCol?

UltraCol is a PDO-based injectable collagen stimulator developed in South Korea. PDO stands for polydioxanone, a biodegradable material. The treatment uses particles intended to encourage a gradual collagen response and tissue support. It is different from a hyaluronic acid gel filler and from a PDO thread lift.

Understanding UltraCol 100 and UltraCol 200

The manufacturer distinguishes two formulations: UltraCol 100 uses smaller particles and focuses on skin quality, while UltraCol 200 uses larger particles and focuses on volume-related concerns and structural support. These numbers identify formulations; they do not mean one or two vials. You do not need to select a formulation yourself before consultation. Ultra V describes the formulations here.

Face and under-eye concerns need an individual plan

A consultation may explore facial firmness, selected folds or under-eye skin quality. The same area can raise very different concerns: fine lines are not the same as a hollow, and a shadow is not necessarily pigmentation. Our doctor starts by understanding what you see and the change you hope to achieve, then discusses whether UltraCol or another approach fits that concern.

Doctor-led care informed by training in Korea

At London Finsbury Clinic, injectable treatments are performed by doctors only. Our approach is informed by training in Korea and continued interest in Korean aesthetics. Dr. Eroglu, our founder and medical aesthetic director, brings experience in aesthetic consultations, treatment planning and clinical management to the clinic’s approach.

We welcome a large Chinese community alongside patients from across London, the UK and abroad. You do not need to be Asian to feel at home here. Skin tone, sensitivity, facial features, previous treatments, lifestyle and your own priorities all matter. We assess the individual instead of applying the same plan to everyone.

Planning your sessions and home skincare

Your consultation includes a discussion of the treatment area, product quantity and a review schedule. Collagen-focused treatments develop gradually, and more than one session may be recommended according to your needs and response. We do not promise an identical result or a fixed course for every patient.

Bring a list or photographs of your current skincare products. We can review how your routine complements your clinic plan and help you keep it manageable. Follow-up is part of the relationship: it gives us an opportunity to listen, review progress and discuss what comes next.

UltraCol prices at London Finsbury Clinic

Our current per-session options are £499 for under-eyes, £750 for a one-vial facial treatment and £1,299 for a two-vial facial treatment. Your doctor confirms the formulation, areas and quantity at consultation. See our UltraCol treatment page for the full information and booking calendar.
