HIFU means High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound. It is the general name for technology that concentrates ultrasound energy at selected depths beneath the skin. Unlike a laser, the energy is focused below the surface, where controlled thermal points can support collagen contraction and gradual remodelling.
On the face, treatment can be planned to improve lower-face heaviness, soften selected submental fullness, define the jawline and support a lifted appearance.
