Terms & Conditions of Service
By booking an appointment with London Finsbury Clinic, you agree to the following:
– All treatments are subject to consultation and medical suitability.
– We reserve the right to refuse treatment where clinically appropriate.
– Treatment outcomes vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
– Clients must provide accurate and complete medical information.
– Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Appointment Policy
To secure your appointment, a deposit may be required.
Deposits
– Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
– Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
– A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel.
– Late cancellations (within 48 hours) will result in loss of deposit.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend without notice will result in:
– Forfeiture of deposit
– Potential refusal of future bookings
Refund Policy
All treatments and services are non-refundable once administered.
– Deposits are non-refundable.
– Discounted or promotional treatments are non-refundable.
– Prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable.
– Results cannot be guaranteed due to individual biological variation.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Treatment Validity
– Single sessions: valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
– Courses (3–6 sessions): valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
Expired sessions are non-refundable and cannot be extended unless due to documented medical reasons notified before expiry.
Injectable Treatment Terms
– Clients must be aged 18 or over.
– A medical consultation is required prior to treatment.
– The number of units required will be determined by the prescribing practitioner.
– Additional units may incur additional charges.
– Packages must be used in a single appointment and cannot be split.
– No refunds are provided for unused units purchased within a package.
Media & Marketing Consent
We may request permission to use photographs or videos for educational or promotional purposes.
– Written consent will always be obtained.
– Consent may be withdrawn in writing.
– We will never share medical information without explicit consent.
Complaints Policy
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service:
– Please contact the clinic manager in writing.
– We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.
– We aim to provide a full response within 14 working days.
Medical Disclaimer
All aesthetic treatments carry potential risks and side effects.
By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge that:
– Results vary between individuals.
– Multiple sessions may be required.
– No guarantee of specific outcomes is provided.
